The batter made the texture amazing. It was like eating clouds of fish that was crispy upon biting but soft and airy while chewing.

I added a little white wine to the sauce, just to add a little flavor. But this recipe is so good.

In reply to Anita. The great thing about salt cod is that because it's dried and preserved in salt, it doesn't spoil easily. You can actually purchase it on Amazon and it works perfectly in any recipe!
