The best Dominican dish that I like is Mofongo with garlic sauce and shrimp, also Mofongo con chicharrón ( fried pork)

What a delicious post. I haven’t had the opportunity to sample Dominican dishes, but it looks like there is plenty I would like. The meat stew and mashed plantain really caught my attention. The hubby would love the fresh seafood options.
