The front desk clerk informed us that in order to snorkel while visiting the bar, we would be required to pay $20 per person. She added that if we did not pay the fee, “security will kick you out.”

Place was virtually deserted. Not at all welcoming and with all the free world class diving on Bonaire who would pay?
